"Gather Ye Rosebuds While Ye May" is a poem by Robert Herrick. This poem portrays our existence on earth, and that people age as life goes on, and everything becomes boundless. Herrick here urges people to take advantage of youth and energy while they may! The poem is in the genre of carpe diem, to seize the day.

Well... my Christian friends and co-workers tell me Happy Ramadan or Happy Eid! Right! Nothing is wrong with it! :-) People are just weird I guess! Alla alhadi :-P
we're a muslim family, and mom is a pious woman, yet she always wishes us a merry christmas every year...a long time ago i asked her 'how come?', she said that there is nothing wrong with celebrating an ocassion that promotes peace and love...i agree with her. besides, as ansam mentioned, we get flattered whenever a non-muslim wishes us a eid mubarak, so why is it regarded as taboo for us to do the same?
