So far, I have been there three times, and I like it... except for those "decorational" mirrors on the walls! Its making it cheap looking.
I also like the stores in Phase II... like? hmm I mean LOVE! LOL
Earlier today I went shopping with my friend and I like the new additions to my wardrobe/closet :-D
Food court? Hmmmm Auntie Anne's Pretzel opened! YUMMMM hehehehe and there are a lot of yummy goodies too, such as LOfat, and Baskin Robbins :-D and best of all, Caribou Cafe (still not opened :-()
To say the least... I am loving it :-D

ReplyDeletejust came back from there, Not a fan of avenues, first the parking lot is so hot you can do tandoori there ... My Kid got real cranky in the heat down there ..
ReplyDeleteI admitt Avenues is massive etc etc ... my foot aches already ! the size of Avenues can be a real party pooper specially when the woman is in high heels!
I think i prefer Souk Salmiya better !

I like the shops in phase 2, on the other hand I HATE the avenues..hate it....and malaina mn those same restaurants they open everywhere..why can't they open a good place to eat!

There are some new restaurtants there (al forno, nandos, macaroni grill, noodles factory, italios.. and more!)
And even if you open an already existing one its a marketing strategy to expand and reach :-)
